amazing stay!
friendly check-in clean beach varied buffet yummy desserts
i really liked the quick, friendly check-in. teresa was super helpful, and room 151 was so close to the beach, i loved it. air conditioning worked great. the beach area was clean, and there were always chairs and tables. dining was very good, and the buffet had many choices. desserts were yummy. the breakfast crew were really helpful, always with coffee, juices, bacon, omelets, breads, and asian specials.

the hotel is conveniently near the airport. a dive center is only a short drive away, perfect for water sports enthusiasts. this allows for quick trips and easy access to activities.

bread selection friendly staff pool facilities outdated furniture shared balcony limited view
The breakfast buffet included a good selection of bread from their bakery. The food was to my liking. The staff were warm and friendly. I liked the beach and pool facilities. (I spent most of the time there!)
The room furniture seemed a bit outdated and some of the wood was chipped. The balcony lacked privacy since it was shared with the neighboring room. The view was not great. It was of the roof of the sauna and an external wall.

Excellent Service and Relaxing Stay
excellent service great accommodation friendly staff
The staff were highlights of my stay. They offered excellent service, and I always felt welcome. I found the accommodation, facilities, and food were also excellent! The staff greeted everyone I met, a detail I liked a lot.
The beach was not quite what I expected. The photos online showed something different, a little disappointing.

The resort features multiple pools that cater to different preferences. I noticed one pool with a dedicated children's area and another designed for relaxation with comfortable loungers nearby. A well kept gym is available, complete with treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights for guest use.

I had a themed dinner buffet at Allegro Restaurant, I found that it offered a wide array of food choices. The live band enhanced the dining atmosphere greatly. It created a special and nice experience. Staff members were friendly and very attentive.

The staff at the front desk were professional, and they addressed requests efficiently. I liked the prompt delivery of food, a great service. The housekeeping service kept our room very clean.

korean dishes relaxing beach good singers
I totally loved the food options. the breakfast buffet included filipino and korean dishes plus pastries. nightly entertainment featured good singers and dancers. the beach area was relaxing. I liked it.

The grounds offer well maintained gardens with tropical plants. Lawned areas provide space for yoga classes. Several dining options exist. Delfina's pizzeria offers tasty pizza and a plentiful buffet. The hotel provides golf carts for transport around the grounds, a welcome convenience.
The shower design allows water to spill onto the floor. WiFi coverage in the room was intermittent.

The breakfast buffet had multiple options. Attentive staff addressed guest needs promptly. I noted evening entertainment. It concluded at 9 PM, an appropriate time for families with young children.

I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. They greeted every guest each day. Upon request, amenities such as robes and ice arrived quickly, demonstrating efficient service, Staff addressed requests quickly and effectively.

minor issues
main pool buffet food
The main pool was closed. Ugly fencing surrounded it. this made the whole resort look bad. the remaining pools were small and crowded. the buffet offered cheap food. the bliss membership, meant to give discounted prices, gave prices above those online. it was not a wonderful experience.
